Privacy Policy

Botluckcollects only what it needs to work, uses it only to provide the app's features, and never sells your data.

• Gameplay data (clues, votes, scores, rooms) — to run local and online game sessions.
• Account email — required for online play — to sign you in and let friends find you (local play needs no account).
• Profile & social data (display name, @username, friends, leaderboard standing) — to power your profile, friends list, and leaderboards when signed in.
• Moderation reports — if you report a player, we store the report to review it and keep rooms safe (blocking is stored on your device only).

We use the following service providers to run Botluck. They process data on our behalf and are bound to keep it confidential:

• Supabase (email authentication, database, realtime rooms)
• Anthropic (generates in-game bot clues via a server function; receives game words only, never your identity)

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — from inside the app, or by following the steps on our account deletion page.

Botluck is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
