Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Botluck(the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You must be at least 13 years old to play with other people. Playing online requires an account created with your email address; local (offline) play needs no account.

Botluck has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You are solely responsible for the content you submit (clues, chat messages, display name, voice). You agree not to:

• post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
• bully, abuse, impersonate, or harass any other player;
• share another person's private information;
• post spam, advertising, or unlawful content.

Every player can report objectionable content or abusive players from inside the App, and can block any player so they no longer see that player's messages. Room hosts can remove a player from their room. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing content and/or ejecting the responsible user, and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Some in-game clues are generated by an AI model through a secure server function and are automatically filtered before display. AI clues are part of gameplay and are not the statements of any real person.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are handled by the App Store and subject to its terms, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the update.
